1. Refunds

  • Cash refunds are NOT available.
  • Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product’s packaging remains unopened.

2. Laptop Upgrades

  • Only refurbished laptops are eligible for upgrades.
  • Upgrades are possible within 7 days of purchase and must be for a laptop of a higher price than the original purchase.
  • The customer must return the initial laptop and pay the price difference for the upgraded laptop.
  • Shipping costs for returns and upgrades are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Acceptable Returns a) Returns Due to Our Error

  • If you receive an incorrect item via Cash on Delivery (COD), you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Upon inspection, we will replace the item if it is returned undamaged.
  • We are not responsible for transit-related damages.

b) Returns Due to Non-Collection

  • Items not collected within 48 hours at designated collection points for COD orders outside Nairobi will be returned to us.
  • Customers failing to collect will be required to prepay for future orders.

c) Returns Due to Defect

  • Items developing issues after purchase fall under our Warranty Policy.
  • Customers must return defective items to our shop for testing before any replacements are issued.
  • Customers bear shipping costs for returns. If on-site support or shipping of the replacement is required, customers must cover transport costs.
